We are hiring for an entry-level position with duties that include:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Schedule custom shade appointments - Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain office supplies inventory - Scan lab slips into lab management software - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in computer applications - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Ability to handle multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately Hours are 8:
