Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced front end developer to become part of a new agile product team.
Responsibilities:
o Demonstrates experience with all aspects of Agile software development. o Works closely with stakeholders on the development of requirements and user stories. o Analyzes the business requirements and determines the technical feasibility of implementing them. o Delivers high quality code using modern development languages while adhering to industry best practices. o Incorporates testing and thinks about reliability as a natural part of delivering working software. o Keeps up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and market developments; helps develop strategy to address opportunities. o Works well with cross-disciplinary teams. Collaborates with cross functional teams, including UX, to create functional and engaging product experiences. Qualifications
Qualifications:
o Strong foundational knowledge of modern front-end technologies o Significant experience working with CSS preprocessing o Strong understanding of client-side JavaScript technologies o Functional knowledge of server-side JavaScript technologies o Experience with API driven design o Understand how to work with modern frameworks & libraries (e.g., Angular 2+, React, Vue, etc.) o Basic knowledge of working with build automation and continuous integration o Experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, managing and adhering to style guidelines o Have a strong understanding of accessibility practices (ADA/WCAG compliance). o Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment as a valued team member o Ability to work with high-level business requirements and help stakeholders define technical scope o Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with business users o Desire to learn new technologies and continually expand technical capabilities o Desire to create something beautiful. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
o 3-5 years hands-on front end web development o Experience contributing to projects in a heavily cross-functional environment o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. o Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware or other Ecommerce platforms, such as Magento/Oracle ATG preferred o Experience with collaborative and productivity tools such as Jira / Trello / Confluence o Experience with Git and version control o Experience supporting, mentoring, and providing technical guidance for other developers Bonus

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
