Requirements:
2-3 years verifiable experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager Knowledge and experience increasing occupancy and overall NOI Proven track record with superior customer service skills Experience with YARDI and related products such as online leasing, RentCafe, etc.
Polished professional appearance and articulate communication skills A strong leader who faces conflict head on and with confidence Ability to work weekends, holidays and after hours when needed Job Type:
