Minimum Qualifications Possession of high school diploma or GED; Possession of State of Ohio Aide Permit Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired General knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation; general knowledge of basic mathematics; Computer literate in Microsoft Office; Skill in exercising tact and discretion when communicating with students, parents, teachers, administrators and support staff; Ability to maintain accurate records; Ability to write reports and logs; Exceptional interpersonal skills; Attention to customer service; Friendly; Calm under pressure; Ability to multitask; Ability to lift boxes of supplies and books.
