Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide them with menus - Assist in seating guests during peak dining hours - Manage the waitlist and ensure accurate wait times are communicated to guests - Answer phone calls and provide information about restaurant services - Take reservations and manage the reservation system - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
Qualifications:
