Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Use POS system to enter orders and process payments - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Upsell menu items and promote specials or events - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with POS - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse clientele - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Knowledge of catering or event bartending is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth in the hospitality industry.
