Jasmine Foley ______________________________________________________________________________ The Basement Doctor Columbus is looking for a Scheduler to join our team! This is a hybrid role with work days split between the office and home Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Receiving and making inbound/outbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries.
2.
Schedule free estimate appointments.
3.
Research required information using available resources.
4.
Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
5.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
6.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
7.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
8.
Complete daily call logs 9.
o Complete daily call reports Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
