Summary: Gather, analyze, manage and distribute quality data and information from our sister facilities. Support quality training and other administration activities or projects upon request.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree preferred (2 year Degree minimum)

years of experience in manufacturing preferred
3. Japanese to English translation capability (spoken & written)
Primary Position
Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyze, control and monitor customer quality data of sister facilities.
2. Develop & maintain quality database.
3. Make weekly & monthly performance reports.
4. Collect Quality Cost data from sister facilities and make analysis reports.
5. Assist in quarterly companywide (North American Region) quality meeting preparation and follow up activities.
6. Other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and
Experience:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
2. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of co-workers and outside contacts.
3. Proficient knowledge of 5P Problem Solving (Honda problem solving tool). Critical thinking capability.
4. Good writing and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient knowledge of automotive production environment & activities.
6. Proficient knowledge of automotive quality tools (PFMEA, PQCT, FTA, Work Instructions, Process Capability)
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Excellent organizational skills
9. Ability to multitask on a daily basis and deliver results within strict time frames.
10. Ability to work independently from general supervision.

1. No direct reports

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
1. Environmental conditions Open office environment. May be exposed to moderate noise levels.
2. Vocal Communication Required to express or exchange ideas by means of concise (clear, correct & timely) discussion with co-workers, customers & suppliers.
3. Hearing Perception Ability to recognize information at normal spoken levels.
4. Sensory Utilization Prepare and analyze written or computer data.
5. Physical ActivitiesRequired to stand, walk and sit as well as use hands to pick up, handle or feel different automotive parts. May occasionally reach with hands and arms. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted if capable (Fully assembled Automotive Seat Frame).
6. Visual AcuityVision requirements include the daily use of a computer & the ability to review problem parts related to the issues that are being investigated.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
